Shipping & Returns for Online Sales

Shipping for online purchases is only available for addresses within the Contiguous 48 United States. Schier does not ship to PO Boxes.

Before your order can ship, it must be processed and fulfilled. See individual product pages for specific fulfillment times. After processing and fulfillment, your order will require an additional 1–4 business days to arrive based on your location (see map below). All “Delivery by” dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice. Shipment tracking information is available upon request.

Note that large tanks (500 gallons and up) use a flat rate quote based on location and will ship via LTL Freight only. Smaller products use FedEx generated shipping quotes and may ship via small package (FedEx Ground, 2nd Day Air, etc.) or LTL Freight.

For any orders shipping via LTL Freight, shipping will be via a carrier of Schier’s choosing. Shipping destination must be a business address with dock doors. Appropriate equipment and personnel must be available for offloading. Customer will be responsible for return freight charges for deliveries to unsupported destinations (i.e. a residential address).

For large units shipping via LTL Freight (GB-500, SI-500, GB-1000, GB-1500, GGI-750, and GGI-2000), reasonable accessories corresponding to that tank’s installation will ship with the base tank at no additional freight charge.

If a shipment is re-routed on a jobsite, Schier will bill any additional charges separately, and in addition to initial shipping quote.

We reserve the right to update pricing on application due to an “Act of God” event.

RETURN POLICY FOR ONLINE SALES

You may return your purchase within 30 days of your Schier invoice for full credit with no restocking fee if the product is in sellable condition. If not in sellable condition, Schier will provide a lesser credit amount based upon the work required to recondition the product. Freight return charges are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be accompanied by a factory-provided Return Goods Authorization (RGA) form. Contact support@schierproducts.com or (913) 951-3300 to request your RGA.
