The National Accounts Manager (NAM) is responsible for securing specification partnerships with the various national restaurant, grocery and convenience store brands across the US. These partnerships can grow directly with the brand, through the engineers who specify on their behalf or both.
The Regulatory Compliance Specialist (RCS) is responsible for ‘pre-approval’ of the grease interceptor during the design phase of commercial projects. The RCS works primarily within Schier’s proprietary Grease Monkey sizing software to manage pre-approval requests from our customers.
The Territory Specialist (TS) is a customer service and inside sales role working primarily with our plumbing wholesalers, contractors and engineers. The TS offers technical support for our plumbing contractors and engineers in the field, and thus must have superb product and industry knowledge.
The Product Development Design Engineer brings new product ideas from concept to reality, collaborates with design/purchasing and shop/assembly teams, and embodies professionalism, transparency, curiosity, perseverance and optimism.
